Perfect bread recipe – Tips and tricks

How to bake perfect bread at home? Get started:
First: Before you read the bread recipe, I will give you some bread tips. Rule #1: When you’re buying ingredients for baking – always buy organic flour. There is absolutely nothing good in non-organic flour. When you buy non-organic flour you can be 99% sure that the grain type is uninteresting – that the cultivation has been a burden for nature and that the result of processing has been occurred with a bad quality. That being said, you can bake good tasty bread with non-organic flour, but I will never recommend it for the most of all types of baking.

A small bakery at home..
A lot of people in the world that couldn’t care less for baking bread and use an hour in the night making the dough and one hour in the morning for baking. That bread baking process is pretty fascinating. Some tiny adjustments can create a totally different result and taste – which is the fun thing about baking! Maybe that’s the reason I continue on and on and on. Baking every week, sometimes every day and love to see the result is getting better and better!

My baking story:

I haven’t baked my whole life, but suddenly I started my passion for home baking about 1,5 year ago. Haven’t been baking bread for that long but my interest for the process is growing so fast. Just love carrying fresh baked bread to my family, my friends place or for my sweet colleagues at work in the morning. I really priority days with fresh baked bread. This sometimes means that my day is planned and scheduled after my baking. Yes, I’m that type.
If you need a little breakfast inspiration I can really recommend trying this fresh fig marmelade, or this healthier version of hazelnut nutella. Hope you can use this bread recipe  let me know if you have any questions!
