Try also this delicious chia pudding. I made this some weeks ago. So perfect with the fig marmelade on top. It’s so easy to make homemade marmelade. I never add unnatural ingrediens to make it keep longer. I’d rather make marmelade more often and then only store it for 2-3 days. I hope you’ll try out this recipe. Fresh fig marmalade
Fig marmalade – Delicious and easy recipe. Perfect recipe for pancakes in the morning, homebaked bread or as toppings for this delicious chia pudding.
Ingredients
- 6-7 fresh figs
- 350g. sugar
- 1 organic vanilla pod
- 1 sp. of lemon juice
- 2 dl. water
Instructions
Add the vanilla seeds and the bean in a can with water and sugar. Turn up the heat until the sugar is dissolved. Put in the clean figs in small pieces. Let it warm carefully in 15 minutes.
Taste with lemon juice.
Transfer the marmelade to a sealed clean glass container, and keep in the fridge.
